5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders may ship from international fulfillment centers.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a product may constitute payment fraud.

We reserve the right to provide:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Communication history

to financial institutions in response to disputes.

13. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming, United States.

You agree that:

  • You waive the right to a jury trial
