Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mazorallc.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping it back.


Exchanges

To receive a replacement item, please return the original item (after approval). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
