Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or promotional events.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other International Locations: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

Orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment partner located in:

Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

MaZora LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any resulting charges, including return shipping costs.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

MaZora LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at:

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order number

We will evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
